With four independently controlled, heavy-duty, porcelain coated, cast iron burners putting out a whopping 60k BTUs of heat, you will be able to sear and char or cook low and slow–at whatever temperature your recipe calls for. The removable “V-Grate” cooking grids maximize your 800 square inch cooking space, and ensure that smaller foods do not fall through the cracks. Easily adjust the temperature of your burners with the four cast stainless steel knobs. The 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel construction ensures that your grill will be able to stand the prolonged exposure to heat. The included easy-to-read analog thermometer will have you grilling at the perfect temperature–every time. If things do get too hot, simply take your food off the direct heat and place it on the full-width adjustable heating rack to keep your food warm until you are ready to eat it. When the meal is over, clean up doesn’t have to be an ordeal. The rolling full-width stainless steel drip tray is easily accessible and removable, to make sure all the mess ends up in the trash.
